The idea is worth testing, but a full build is too much and an agency quote is absurd. We build the first real version quickly, and build it cleanly enough that success doesn’t mean starting over.
Speed is the point
AI tools make a first version cheap to build, which changes the math. Work that wasn’t worth an agency’s minimum is now worth doing in a couple of weeks. You get something real in front of customers before you’ve spent a quarter’s budget finding out whether they want it.
Done right, not just done
Fast and sloppy is easy, and it’s the trap. A first version thrown together in an AI tool usually has to be rebuilt the moment it works, which erases the time you saved. We build fast and keep it clean underneath: real data handling, sensible structure, and nothing hard-coded that shouldn’t be. When it takes off, you extend it instead of replacing it.
What you get
A working product with a scope you agreed to up front, a price you knew before we started, and a senior engineer who can keep building it if it works. If it doesn’t, you learned that cheaply, which was the whole idea.
